Do you use Apple Reminders, Todoist, OmniFocus, something else or just wing it? Please let me know in the comments below, working on something fun for Medium Focus!
Hi Daniel, I am learning to manage tasks after years of freestyling and thus living in abject chaos. I now use todoist, stickies, print out monthly wall calendars, phone calendar, reminders, a wipe clean daily tasks board, Alexa and a timer that visualises time so I can work on not faffing to such extortionate proportions. I am awaiting diagnosis for ADHD as short term memory so absent. So defo still learning how to manage tasks!
Wow, I'm impressed with the printout of monthly wall calendars. But I love that you have a few different mediums for capturing tasks depending on the situation. Do you ever transfer tasks from an analog medium over to Todoist?

Maybe I'm old school? I just use google calendar, and stickies (the mac app) — occasionally Basecamp!
And how do you manage recurring tasks? Like, if you have to pay the rent once a month, do you just remember to do it?
Yes, most of my bills are split between my pay cycles just in my brain. I use Truebill for bill reminders.
